Petya Ilieva works at Assess from 2016. She has aBachelor's degree in "Psychology" and Master’s in "Work and Organizational Psychology" at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ".

She has an year of experience with professional recruiting, internship at the Institute of Psychology at the Ministry of Interior, another one in the State Psychiatric Hospital for Treatment of Drug addiction and Alcoholism and participation in European mobility programs (Erasmus +, EVS, AIESEC).

Since 2014 she is part of the voluntary formation of Sofia Municipality - "Fire Safety and Population Protection" Department. She was part of the Management Board of the Association of Young Psychologists in Bulgaria "4-th April", as well as Chairman of a Discussion Club "280".

She has publications in "Bulgarian science" magazine on topics as Mass behavior in crises, Cross-cultural differences in values and labor organizational behavior, Impulsiveness, etc.
